I have been in the business of movement for over 25 years. From my extensive background in dance, I was introduced to yoga and Pilates as methods for conditioning. I began teaching Pilates in 2011 with Team Pilates and completed my 200-hour RYT in 2014 at Harmony Yoga. I love to inspire people to find their best alignment and to challenge their perceptions of reality. Inversions, flow sequencing, and balancing poses are some of my favorites to practice, though I enjoy teaching all levels. I am excited to see how my career in movement unfolds, and look forward to meeting new students along the way.
