My classes are all about making you and your body feel the best it possibly can, to be able to move like you used to!

With a strong focus on the breath & alignment we'll move through a series of dynamic standing sequences, through to core work and longer seated stretches to create strength & flexibility in the body before finishing with a deep relaxation at the end.

Classes are fun & friendly & whether your're an experienced Yogi or a complete beginner you will be very welcome!
