Hello! I am a yoga instructor and barre3 fitness instructor. I also offer Vedic Thai Yoga. My interests include nutrition, running, hiking, cycling, and exploring our beautiful Pacific Northwest. I have practiced yoga for 10 years, and the past 3 years I have been committed to developing my own personal practice and helping others do the same. Yoga is practice for life, and given the right tools and instruction a practice leads us along a path of self-love and conscious-connection. I focus on mind-body connection, alignment,and heat-building vinyasa flow and power classes. Namaste!
