A naturally hyper-stable person, I took my first yoga class to improve my flexibility. As I worked on my ability to touch my toes, I discovered that I felt calmer on the days I took a class. Trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yoga Tune Up®, education is important to me. My classes bring an awareness of where bodies tend to be over- and under-used to work at correcting muscle imbalances and improving our neuromuscular control, while enhancing the ability to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system. I may always be the least bendy yoga instructor students meet, but I use my own challenges to my advantage.
