RYT-200 hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor, certified through the American Viniyoga Institute and the Yoga Alliance. I have also studied yin yoga and meditation with Josh Sommers. My aim as a teacher is to share the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits I have received from a deep and consistent (over a decade) practice with my students, helping them to find their own mind-body connection and move toward peaceful, balanced lives and body acceptance on and off the mat. My style of teaching is dynamic, creative, and challenging, using music, readings, and techniques from several yoga traditions. I teach viniyoga, vinyasa, and yin yoga at all levels.
