I am a yoga teacher and health coach in London (originally from Boston), specialising in teaching vinyasa flow yoga, yoga for beginners, women's yoga and meditation.
My own yoga practice has helped me through cultural transitions, stressful exams, desk work and back problems, which is why I am so passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others. I have had extensive training with gifted and inspiring teachers from a variety of movement and therapy backgrounds in order to teach yoga as a means of healing the body, calming the mind, and connecting you to a deeper sense of being in this world.
My teaching style is playful and friendly, incorporating dynamic sequences with more restorative postures to help you feel both challenged and balanced by the end of class.
I teach regular classes in London in both hot and temperate studios, with music and without music. I also teach yoga privately and offers one-to-one health coaching to those looking to develop and sustain an appetite for healthy living.
