Kate teaches Raja, Jnana and Hatha yoga primarily. That means you get energising postures, sequenced in a methodical way to bring greater health and balance to the body. With every class you also develop the art of meditation (Raja yoga) in action and in stillness. You are also encouraged to enquire into the deeper aspects of reality by becoming more aware of your habitual patterns of thought. In this way each Yoga class integrates movement with awareness focussed on sensation and mental focus. Kate offers a variety of classes from restorative to advanced. All are welcome.
