My approach to my delivery of yoga is a blend of the traditional yoga I have practised over many years combined with up-to-date sports science information.
I think of yoga as a tool box of practices to support your journey through life. Some days I choose the big tools to work hard and some days the smaller tools are better suited. There is no day that yoga
doesn't feature in some form in my life.
I teach yoga to people of all levels of fitness. I also teach courses and design individuals sessions for those wishing to improve performance in a wide range of sports and activities.
