Before I started yoga I defined myself as inflexible and assumed that was a permanent state. My first classes left me exhausted, satisfied and mentally transported.
I studied only astanga yoga for several years, then expanded to various flavours of hatha and flow yoga as I encountered new teachers.
Whenever I travel I seek out classes and am lucky to have meet wonderful teachers across the UK and abroad, whether on specialist retreats or providing everyday classes.
I opened Louth Yoga Studio to recreate something of the environment I have found on my travels, a hub for mindfulness and wellbeing, a place where classes are waiting for you whatever your schedule throws at you.
