My name is Katherine and I have been practicing yoga for over 17 years. I am a Registered Nurse and continue working part time. My yoga practice started in a gym group setting for the physical benefits. Quickly realized the soulful peace and mental quieting that came from my practice,deciding to become a Registered yoga teacher. My wish is to share all the benefits of yoga with others. My classes teach you principles of proper alignment along with increasing your strength and flexibility.
