My style is hatha yoga, completely breath centered (the asana meets the breath, while incorporating vinyasa flow into a wave-like sequence of asana.
I am happy to offer individual sessions virtually with beginning to advanced yogis Around the globe.
I currently offer 2 weekly classes on Wednesdays at 8 Petals Yoga Studio in downtown Bellingham. One is from 7:30-8:30am, the other is from 3:30-5pm. I hope to see you there!!
