I’ve been practicing Yoga on and off for more than 10 years now. It’s always been a very important part of my life. Yoga always brings my awareness back to myself, and I find peace, balance and strength within myself during my practice. The amazing experiences that Yoga has given me, made me want to discover more and become a professional teacher.
My 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training completely changed my life. I discovered who I am and how I can help people physically and spiritually through Yoga. It has become a way of life.
