Katherine Salter is a Yoga teacher based in East Sussex. She finished her teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching Yoga since. She has 1500+ hours teaching experience and is continually deepening her own Yoga knowledge and practice.
Katherine has a passion for Yoga. Her Yoga journey has taken her from Taiwan to England, via Thailand and India. She enjoys Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, BodyStrong and Yin Yoga. Her teaching emphasises breathing, body awareness, correct alignments, strength and flexibility building. She delivers Yoga in a supportive and encouraging way. Her class is always full of fun and the right amount of challenge.
Currently, she is teaching Yoga both online and at the studio.
