I am trained in Iyengar yoga which matched well with my many years as a medical professional. Through my travels, my teaching has morphed into a mix of hatha and flow with strong emphasis on alignment. I guide my students mindfully through a practice that joins the mind, body and spirit. I enjoy teaching a good strong class but recently am having fun with restorative and prenatal teaching.
I am convinced, through my own years of practice, that yoga is our answer to staving off and correcting the many ailments that come to our lives. It is the be all end all for me and it brings me much joy to share this with my students.
