I'm a registered nurse and have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I recently completed a 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training that included a focus on identifying roadblocks, negative thought patterns and self-sabotaging behaviors that get in the way of you achieving your goals and dreams.
I offer a vinyasa flow class based on mindful intention while linking movement to breath. This practice of mind-body connection engages core strength to therapeutically assist the whole body in different asanas (postures) and pranayamas (breaths).
