Yoga has been part of my healthy lifestyle for nearly 30 years, and I wonder what life would be like without it! My goal is to teach yoga as a lifestyle to adopt complete with a daily practice to like brushing teeth! If only for 20 minutes, a daily prana/asana practice with short meditation work will benefit every single person. Breath is the healing medicine for the moving the body with our own breath is wondrous. Teaching yoga poses specifically to enhance a golfer's strength & flexibility is a special expertise of mine.
