I love movement; the leaves fluttering in the wind and the blood flowing though our veins continually amaze me. Life is the most invigorating when we find a way to connect with the pulse of motion within and around us. I've been practicing yoga for over a decade and now practice/teach a blend of Ashtanga, Jivamukti, as well as Movement Analysis (a very neat field of education on the body).
