I help my clients (re)connect to their bodies and their sense of inner well-being. I specialize in simple, accessible movement and relaxation techniques and loves working with beginning students; people working with anxiety, depression, trauma, recovery, or an overactive lifestyle. My yoga toolbox includes flow yoga, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, breath work, and deep relaxation. My intention as a teacher is to offer a safe, calming environment in which you can explore and reconnect to the pleasure of being alive.
