Kathlyn experienced her first savasana in 2008 has been hooked ever since. Through her practice she quickly discovered the power of yoga, not only as a way to both challenge and relax the body and mind, but also as a way to connect to her true self. By linking breath with movement, Kathlyn teaches to inspire students to expand beyond themselves and tap into their inner truth, wisdom and power.

Kathlyn received her teacher certification from the Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India in 2013 and is a student of vipassana meditation as taught by Goenka.
