I teach Foundational yoga classes to gently introduce you to the practice of yoga & help you get comfortable & confident in your body through stretching, breathwork, & a gentle, gradual introduction to strength-building & balance-enhancing poses. My Stretch/Strengthen/Sculpt classes will help you connect with your inner Warrior using light weights during sequences of traditional yoga poses, all set to fun music! Come discover the deep inner serenity & joy awaiting to be released in your body & your life through the practice of Yoga! In private sessions, I combine my Master's work in clinical psychology, certifications in the yoga of recovery & trauma-informed yoga, and my own personal history of recovery from multiple addictions & body dysmorphia to offer classes for students battling addictions of all sorts--alcohol or other drugs, food, shopping, sex -anything that creates distance from our authentic Selves.
