I have taught and performed bellydancing for over 12 years, and I took up yoga after the birth of my son in 2005. Yoga soon became the perfect companion to my dance and wellbeing, I love teaching dance so it felt a natural progression to teach yoga.
In 2012 I decided to train as a Hatha Yoga teacher with BSY (level 4 and NCFE level 4 yoga teacher), and in 2016 I graduated as an Yoga Alliance, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200hrs.
In all my classes I offer a safe and relaxed environment to begin, or travel further along your own yoga journey. My teaching style of asana's (postures) allows students the time to fully explore each asana and the movements in and out of the pose, encouraging body awareness and true alignment.
Relaxation and Pranayama (Breath) are equally important, as these two elements help to clear the body and mind of stress, worry and anxiety.
