I've tinkered with Hatha yoga before but Kathyrn is the first Yogi I feel I have connected with - if I could see her for daily sessions I would.She makes me feel very comfortable in her classes and I look forward to them every week. Alongside the slow practice and strap work which is fantastic, Kathryn bring a sense of calm into my world!
Very good and precise hands on adjustments and alignment!
The use of props helps you to position in to the pose.
A great addition for runners or gym goes!
I had done yoga a few times with other teachers but never found one that made enjoy and connect the way Kat did. As a beginner and someone that stuffers from
Back issue it was very important to find someone that understood my challenges. Kat allowed me to find my own rhythm and made it work for my body. I feel stronger and more confident doing classes as the weeks go by. She very hands on in her apporch to teachering which is great as just moving my leg the slightest bit make the stretch and wok more enjoyable.
I really enjoyed experiencing Kat's classes: every tecnical aspect of the poses clearly explained and demostrated; personalized adjustments and great integration of yoga props for the best achievement of the poses.

Kat is amazing and I always feel so much better after a class . I never really enjoyed yoga until I met Kat she's very helpful and explains in a way that's easy to understand .
