Yoga is a path filled with self-discovery and infinite possibility. It has been this kind of gift to me. I discovered yoga in 2005, however, in 2012 I decided to make some much needed changes and that’s when yoga helped transform my life. Consistent yoga practice offered deep insight and practical tools for becoming my truest and most soulful self. It offers this wisdom to every person who opens themselves to the opportunities it holds.
My personal experience and certification in Viniyoga (Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Training program at Old Town Yoga) and holistic health (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) have given me a deeper understanding of the role that yoga, mindfulness, and other healthy lifestyle practices play. They bring awareness, healing, and transformation in the various facets of life. I believe viewing our health and well-being from a perspective of mind, body, heart and soul is the key to unlocking the door that will take us down the path to living our healthiest life.
