Kathy has a 200 hour Yoga Alliance vinyasa flow teaching certificate and although relatively new to yoga, has fully immersed herself in it, having so far trained with Jason Crandell and the paraplegic yoga teacher Matthew Sanford, and attended workshops with Simon Low, Norman Blair, David Swenson and Max Strom.

Her vinyasa-style yoga is deeply nourishing - slow but strong, linking the body, mind and breath, exploring the bodily sensations through precision and alignment, at the same time building strength in both the mind and body. Her aim is for you to leave the studio feeling strong, stretched and calm with a smile on your face.

When not practising yoga, she loves playing tennis and badminton, swimming and walking two rascally Spaniels in all weathers in the breath-taking Cotswold landscape with her husband and four children.

Change is a constant in our lives, and she has found that the flowing nature of vinyasa yoga helps her to cope with the everyday; keeping her grounded when feeling overloaded; opens and fills her heart when empty; and ignites her fire when her mojo is missing. In essence, it helps to make her spirit sparkle.

Yoga is for everyone and everybody, and Kathy would like it to be both accessible and approachable, offering smart adaptations. Ageing is an inevitable and natural process, and yoga is the perfect complement to an active life and to the changes that come with age.

Private sessions can be booked in the clients own home. The cost for an hours private session is £30.
