Kathy is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher running classes in Sevenoaks, Badgers Mount and Pratts Bottom in Kent. Iyengar Yoga is an excellent way to achieve a balance of strength and flexibility. It increases stamina, concentration and co-ordination. Iyengar Yoga is suitable for all types of people and of all levels of ability. Kathy has a strong belief that yoga is for everyone and is passionate about how it can bring balance, vitality and ease to the body, while encourage mental and emotional wellbeing. She believes it can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and allows us to tune into the wisdom the body holds.
