Kathy has always had a passion for health & wellbeing. She believes any "body" at any age can benefit from the practice of yoga & mindfulness.
She keeps her students engaged, encouraged & inspired .
Kathy has a nondogmatic, supportive teaching approach that allows new students as well as seasoned students to grow & benefit from each of class. Kathy also leads Wellness retreats and enjoys collaborating with other wellness practitioners to create a unique wellness experiences while having fun & making self care a priority. She enjoys nature & being in the moment as much as possible !
