My first yoga class was a Bikram class, but after attending a Hatha class in college, I was hooked. I love the creativity involved and the opportunity to make your practice your own. I have now been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching for almost one.

In every class I ask that you set an intention for your practice. You set your intention, your intention becomes your thoughts, and your thoughts become your reality. This means that we are all capable of creating our own reality and happiness.

Every class of mine is an opportunity to spend one hour tending to yourself, working on our thoughts to create the reality and state of mind we wish to have outside of the studio.
