Started practicing Yoga due to sports injury and became hooked ever since.
An desire to deepen Yoga knowledge drove to a 100YTT in 2011 followed by a 500YTT in 2015.
Specialized in Hatha Yoga, Flow, Vinyasa, Sivananda.
Currently an avid Ashtangi practicioner.

Also working as Personal trainer, swimming instructor and conditioning coach for football.
