Recently moved to Armenia, Katia Logunova has been teaching yoga in India, Russia and Lebanon since 2009. She completed her 200-hours RYS yoga teacher certification with International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres (India). The subsequent 6-months stay in India gave her the opportunity to spend more time on the path of self-discovery and karma yoga. This deeply enriched both her personal practice and teaching yoga experience. Daily practice and self-studying helps her to expand continuously knowledge in anatomy, physiology and of the ways yoga can help people.
In her yoga classes, Katia emphasizes the importance of breath awareness, relaxation and the respect for the body limits. Having interest in yoga as a therapy, she approaches everyone individually and always helps every practitioner to find suitable postural alignment, necessary modifications and to enjoy every moment of yoga practice.
