Katia Shulga (BA, MA, PhD) is a university lecturer and yoga teacher. She found her way to yoga during her university studies and realised how it helped her to manage stress and pressure. Since then she has tried many styles and found her love of Forrest Yoga. She is passionate about bring out the best in people and guiding them to see their own potential. She trained with Ana Forrest in 2014, studied anatomy with Forrest Yoga Guardian Jambo Truong and is currently undergoing a mentorship with Forrest Yoga Guardian Sandra Robinson. Katia places huge value on being of service in this world and in 2015 travelled to Kolkata with Yoga Medicine to support shelters for street kids and girls saved from trafficking. She is undertaking her 500h training with Tiffany Cruickshank and Yoga Medicine studying shoulder and spine anatomy.
