As a lifelong student of spirituality and esoteric philosophy Katie developed a daily meditation practice by the age of 19.
While searching for a physical practice she found herself in a Hot Power Vinyasa class. Enamored with the results of an asana practice she naturally went deep.
This Deep Flow style of yoga encourages the student to tap into the Sat Nam or Well Spring of each individual. Creating the depth of awareness in each unique student, thus providing a space for empowerment through self growth and self propelled healing. Allowing an invitation rather than force of the asana practice. Supporting each student in their Satya(truth) to encourge the illumination of the Atman(highest self).
