Katie is a Whole Health Coach who brings a unique blend of perspectives to her work. Her mission is to empower her clients to move out of discomfort and dissatisfaction and into freedom and fulfillment. She combines her extensive training in movement therapy, therapeutic yoga, Jivamukti yoga, Pilates, advanced anatomy, and plant based nutrition to create rockstar programs for her students and one of a kind workshops for small and large groups. Her specialty is Recovery Coaching for those who want to attain full recovery from eating disorders and addictions rather than striving solely to attain a healthy weight or level or sobriety.
