Katie incorporates her training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga as well as her love for Power Yoga into a flowing practice that focuses on a foundation of correct alignment and the linking of the breath to each movement and pose. Her sequences will have you working up a sweat while utilizing challenging and playful options. She believes that through yoga we gain strength and vitality, eliminate weakness and train the body and mind to overcome obstacles. Her passion is to encourage others to live a healthy, happy and balanced life-style.
Katie is a Yoga Alliance Certified RYT200 and a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher through Caroline Klebl’s Source of Yoga. She also just completed her RYT500 training in Hatha Yoga with Everett Newell, founder of Zuna Yoga, in Bali, Indonesia.
