Katie is a Level 3 Forrest Yoga teacher, Yin and Yoga Nidra teacher with a unique combination of skills in mind and body therapies, which she draws on in her yoga classes to create a safe and nurturing environment and provide delightful hands-on assists.
Katie has been teaching yoga since 2013 and practicing personally since 2007. She quickly came to love how she felt after practising – strong, flexible and more comfortable in her own skin. After several years of regular practice, she found support in a daily Forrest Yoga practice, which supported her through a difficult period of change. Always inspired to follow her heart, Katie knew that teaching was the right next step.
