I've been practicing Yoga, Meditation and Buddhism since 2002 My Yoga practice is influenced by Hatha, Iyengar, & Scaravelli methods, using Krias, asana, yoga nidra, and other influences based on ongoing studies. the style Ive created is very fluid, focused and meditative, and takes into acount the students present, the weather, the time of year the temperature, the environment, and what we all bring to the class!

I also have a background in a variety of healing practices and the arts.
