I began practicing yoga in 2003 to build strength, move my body, and help release excessive energy. These days my practice is focused on meditation and keeping my body strong to stay healthy. I love teaching soft gentle classes as well as high energy classes and sharing this very old traditional practice as it has evolved. I tend to focus on alignment and foundational postures with an emphasis on staying within one's own abilities, while challenging the mind and the body. I try to create a safe space to be yourself, without judgement, expectations, or competition. I appreciate you!
