I've been practicing Yoga since I found yoga travelling in Thailand in 1999, Meditation and Buddhism since 2002 My Yoga practice is influenced by Hatha, Iyengar, & Scaravelli methods, using Krias, asana, yoga nidra, and other influences based on ongoing studies. the style that has emerged through time practicing is fluid, focused and meditative, and takes into account the students present, the weather, the time of year the temperature, the environment, and what we all bring to the class!

I also have a background in a variety of healing practices and the arts.
I also run workshops and retreats alongside other practitioners such as herbal medicine practitioners, Qi Gong instructors, and people with an integrative interest in mingling other yoga styles in session.
