My style has its roots in traditional Hatha yoga and from here my style and approach has reflected different teachings I have experienced on my journey with influences from the principles of ashtanga, anusara, hatha flow yoga and more recently yin yoga. In my classes you will always be reminded of the breath and your bandhas. My style is always enthusiastic, inspiring and from the experience includes teaching yoga to those in prison, supported by the Prison Phoenix Trust. I take yoga classes at MK Snap, an education and learning centre for adults with learning difficulties and a wide variety of physical disabilities. I also have experience of running yoga sessions for young people with ME/CFS. My Continuous Professional Development, CPD, has included studying yoga and the aging body, with the Yoga for Health and Education Trust and Yin Yoga with Sarah Corbett.
