Having tinkered with yoga for over ten years, it was only after having had my three little munchkins that I came into my full practice. As wonderful as they are and as happy I am to be “Mom”, it is undoubtedly one of the most challenging jobs a human can endure. I have found the more I practiced, the more patience I gained and the greater my ability to tolerate everyday taxing situations. In addition to my physical practice, the benefits of Pranayama (advanced breathing techniques) and Meditation have led to me becoming hooked on the whole package.
