I am a Yoga Alliance registered teacher with over 15 years personal practice. I completed my teacher training in 2013 and am currently undertaking further studies with the ParaYoga and Yoga Medicine schools of teacher training.
I have a particular love of yoga nidra, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, so that's what I teach.
As a mother I decided to further specialise my training to include teaching yoga and mindfulness to teenagers. The benefits I see to teens (and adults) through regular practice is always inspiring.
