Always a lover of dance, exercise, body movement of any form, my love of yoga started immediately after my first class.
The results both emotionally and physically had such an effect on me that it soon became a passion of mine as I practiced and incorporated yoga into my daily life.
After many years of practice I decided to start my teacher training, so that I could share the wellbeing and try to enhance peoples lives in some form.
It gives me great pleasure to see people surrender to their body, opening and exploring areas and basically feeling a sense of calm, strength, flexibility that maybe hasn't been felt before.
