Katie completed her teacher training at a Satyananda Ashram in Nassik, India, Katie teaches a balanced and allignment focused style of vinyasa as well as a deep, soul igniting style of yin. Her philosophy is that yoga is for every body and every individual practice should be unique to the person practicing. The most important part of the practice, for her, is not how flexible you are or how many amazing arm balances you can do but how much you can let go of all of that and instead find peace in being yourself. She believes that, when practiced regularly, yoga will improve your life, health and state of mind. Katie has a passion for helping people find balance and better quality of life through yoga, nutrition and positive lifestyle.
