Katie completed her teacher training at a Satyananda Ashram in Nassik, India, Katie teaches a balanced and allignment focused style of vinyasa as well as a deep, soul igniting style of yin. Her philosophy is that yoga is for every body and every individual practice should be unique to the person practicing. The most important part of the practice, for her, is not how flexible you are or how many amazing arm balances you can do but how much you can let go of all of that and instead find peace in being yourself. She believes that, when practiced regularly, yoga will improve your life, health and state of mind. Katie has a passion for helping people find balance and better quality of life through yoga, nutrition and positive lifestyle.

Beautiful teacher, beautiful class!

I have been lucky enough to participate in a few of Katie's classes & I have loved every one of them. Each class has been totally different which keeps it interesting, Katie's passion & enthusiasm for yoga is inspiring & after participating in her classes I have become a yoga convert! She gives guidance where needed but allows you the space to explore what works & feels right for you. Katie has a very warm, welcoming & calming approach, you instantly feel comfortable in her class, her classes always left me feeling extremely strong & grounded whilst being totally relaxed & at peace... I hope to practice with you again one day!

I was lucky enough to have Katie as my instructor for my first ever Yoga class. She made me feel completely at ease and confident in my own abilities. It was a wonderful introduction to Yoga, both the physical and emotional benefits were present immediately. After every class I felt so happy that I went. I know that everyone who practices with Katie will feel as lucky as I was to have Katie as their yoga teacher. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is an inspiration and is greatly missed in Australia!

Perfect Balance

Katie's classes have the perfect balance between physical and spiritual. Her ability to teach yoga in way that makes your body feel like you're getting a workout and your mind is being relaxed is unmatched. Every time I've been to one of her classes I always finished feeling better than when I started. Being able to spend an hour in one of Katie's classes is the perfect way to get fit, and at the same time learn how to have a more positive, non judgemental approach in life. Her classes are a must-do for anyone looking for a enlightening, solid, well rounded practice.

Excellent Yoga Instructor

Katie is a great person to be around, she has a lovely energy and is an excellent yoga instructor. She really knows a lot about yoga and will come and assist with the positions when she can, the whole experience is just enjoyable.
