After doing years of gymnastics, I decided to make a switch towards yoga. Practising yoga is less stressful for my body and it really helps me to relax and clear my mind during really stressy periods such as exams. In 2016, I decided I really wanted to teach yoga and I started following an education for teaching a combination of yoga and pilates. I really love teaching as the people in class are enthousiastic and you see them making progress really quickly. Besides this more physical form of yoga, I also like practising other forms such as vinyasa yoga or yin yoga. I'm also planning on following other educations about other yoga forms so that I will be able to teach for example vinyasa yoga in the future.
