Drawing inspiration from the many yoga paths which have been part of her life for over 20 years, Katrina teaches Asana in the Hatha Vinyasa style. She was amazed when it significantly evolved her own practice, with a conscious awareness of anatomy, and is confident that its balance between strong-centredness and flow is accessible to all. Katrina is BWY/Yoga Alliance qualified and takes particular influence from the teaching of Simon Low and Vanda Scaravelli. She teaches regularly in London, and runs Yoga for corporate wellness.
Amidst the luxuriously natural surroundings of Suleyman’s, a week of Hatha flow with Katrina Triffitt offers the space to let go of bodymind tensions and to deepen your strength and flexibility, one conscious breath at a time.
Each day, more than 4 hours of safely structured classes guide you in your personal yoga experience. Morning practice builds steadily into energising flowing sequences and strengthening postures, while the evening practice is designed to release, restore, and nourish the body with a blend of deep Yin, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
