I have a SomaYoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. I am also a Holistic Life Coach and a Way of the Happy Woman® Teacher, offering seasonal mini-retreats that include yoga. I have been practicing yoga since the late 80s. For me, yoga is a practice of coming home to my body and heart in this head-centered world. This creates deeper self-intimacy, more compassion for myself and others, and a less stressful life.
