I joined a Hatha Yoga class in 1997 as I was stressed with my job but found it far too easy physically and it only did a little for my mental health. In 2002 I discovered Kundalini Yoga and the increased emphasis on meditation and spiritual connection was just what I needed. I have been teaching since 2004 and am now less flexible in body but healthier in mind and spirit than at any other time in my life and my special interest is in helping others cope with their mental health challenges.
