I teach from a strong background in anatomy and physiology as well as from the years of experiences in meditation and energy cultivating practices. I offer targeted classes making use of yoga therapy techniques and gentle assists to unravel restricting movement patterns, improve posture and find strength, ease and space in the body.
All my classes promote easeful natural breathing and poses and movements that suit our modern bodies where alignment is applied intelligently to suit different body types.
The styles I offer range from a strong alignment-focused vinyasa flow classes to health-enhancing, deeply relaxing and energy building Calligraphy Yoga and Qigong classes. I love sharing what I have learned over the years and I aim to empower my students to understand the workings of their own body and mind for a happier state of being, clarity of mind and freedom of movement.
