My mission is to help those living with chronic and invisible illnesses improve their health and quality of life. Yoga is a safe way to move and energize the body for people living with disability.
My commitment is to meet each student on the mat, wherever they are. Floor, chair, or even bed routines can be personalized for students who are mostly house bound, while gentle flow sequences and small group classes are recommended for those looking to begin increasing their movement in a safe and gentle way.
My goal is to create a community of health conscious and generous yogis. There are opportunities for caretakers, community members, and corporate offices to take part in group or one-on-one yoga sessions. These sessions will promote mindfullness and physicial fitness.
Aroga Yoga is running a non-profit financial model. This means every penny of profit is being re-invested to provide services for those living with chronic illness.
