With over 12 years of practice and study to her to sadhna (spiritual practice), Kel offers a delicious fusion of Anusara, Hatha, and Iyengar styles while focusing on the heart center, Bhakti Yoga. Her intention is to be an open, loving vessel which guides students through a healing practice of the poses(asanas). Teaching a deeper awareness and connection into the breath (prana), thus awakening the heart.
