I hold a welcoming space where all are encouraged to find their practice within alignment based Vinyasa flow, breath awareness & mental focus. My classes are informed by seasonal practices, mudra & meditation. I am inspired by the connection of breath, mind & body, & how we can balance ourselves through awareness of their innate relationship.
I seek to offer Vinyasa yoga infused with physical & intentional alignment, mental focus, breath awareness, & overall self-care. I aim to challenge, nurture & inspire my students.
